Juelsminde Havn og Marina

Juelsminde Havn & Marina is a large marina in the heart of the popular seaside town of Juelsminde on the east coast of Jutland, between Horsens Fjord and Vejle Fjord, close to the busy sailing route many call the "motorway of the sea". The harbour is divided into four sections: the lively Old Harbour, the East Harbour, the New Marina and the more tranquil Sandbjerg Marina.

There are no dedicated guest berths, but you can safely moor at berths marked with a green sign or along the piers in the old harbour. Around 10,000 visiting boats call at the harbour every summer, so it is a good idea to arrive early in the day. Harbour fees are paid at payment machines by the harbour office or the clubhouse, where you also buy a harbour card for electricity and access to the shower and toilet buildings. The slipway costs 75 DKK per lift, and there is a mast crane by the pier in the Old Harbour.

The harbour offers newer shower and toilet facilities, power outlets at every berth, free wifi across the entire harbour area, several playgrounds plus a special crab-fishing pier for children, barbecue areas with benches and parking in front of the clubhouse. There is a pump-out facility for holding tanks, a petrol and diesel station at the service quay, and around the harbour you'll find restaurants, ice-cream stalls, a fish shop with its own smokehouse, as well as laundry facilities and a chandlery for boat equipment.
