About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Kadoelenwerf Jachtservice & Haven is a marina with an attached boatyard at Landsmeerderdijk 120 in Amsterdam, close to the city centre and with good access to the waters of Noord-Holland. The marina has 120 annual berths with side pontoons for boats from 5 to 18 metres.
The marina is currently full and operates a waiting list. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30 and Saturday 9.30-17.00, closed on Sundays; annual berth holders always have access to their boat outside these hours. The marina has camera surveillance and staff are always present during opening hours.
Toilet and shower facilities are available on site, and berths are partly fitted with electricity connections, which are being expanded. Free parking is available right outside, and a hoist crane can lift boats and dinghies up to about 8 tonnes, typically up to 10-11 metres in length - useful for winter storage ashore, which is also offered at a discount.
The marina lies within Amsterdam's ring road, giving quick access to the city centre. Get in touch with the yard if you're interested in a berth, as there is currently a waiting list.
