About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Kerteminde Jollehavn is a small dinghy harbour on the south side of the entrance to Kerteminde Fjord, established in 2011. The harbour is owned by Kerteminde Municipality but is run by the Kerteminde Jollehavn association under a 25-year agreement, with berths split between an outer harbour of 20 slots and an inner harbour of 52 slots, complemented by small fishing huts for recreational fishermen.
Note that the dinghy harbour is not open to visiting sailors – boats seeking a berth are instead referred to Kerteminde Marina, the town's main guest harbour.
On site you'll find an activity house with a kitchen and meeting room, a fish shop selling the day's catch ("Boris fisk"), plus changing facilities, showers, a sauna and a warm room for the town's winter swimmers. There is also a playground and toilet facilities on the grounds.
Within walking distance lies the town of Kerteminde with its charming harbour atmosphere, the fish restaurant Rudolf Mathis, the Viking museum Ladby, the Johannes Larsen Museum, and the Fjord & Bælt exhibition and research centre. Take a stroll past the dinghy harbour to experience its maritime atmosphere of fishing huts and the winter swimmers' warm room, even though an overnight berth for your own boat isn't an option here.
