About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Langøya gjestehavn is a small guest marina on the island of Langøya, just across the sound from Langesund in Bamble municipality. The harbour is one of three guest marinas belonging to the town of Langesund, and it serves as a quieter alternative to the town quays.
Depth in the harbour varies from around 5 to 10 metres, and there are 120 metres of pontoon available. Guest berth fees are paid via the GoMarina app or a machine ashore, and you must be careful to select Langøya gjestehavn specifically in the app, otherwise the code for shore power will not work. There is no advance booking of berths, and the maximum stay is 3 days. Day visits of up to 4 hours are free. Guest berth prices start from 200 NOK for boats up to 30 feet.
On the pontoons you will find fresh water and shore power. Pump-out for holding tanks is available at the harbour. A restaurant operates on the main farm during the summer season, only about 100 metres from the guest pontoon.
It is just a one-minute dinghy ride across the sound to Langesund town centre, and during the season a shuttle boat runs back and forth from the main farm to the town all day. Tie up at Langøya and enjoy the relaxed island atmosphere just a short trip from the lively town of Langesund.
