About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Løgstør Lystbådehavn is a historic canal harbour right in the heart of the town of Løgstør on the Limfjord, and a natural stopover before crossing under Aggersundbroen or the sometimes choppy Løgstør Bredning. The marina is owned by Vesthimmerland Kommune, while the guest berths are managed by Løgstør Bådelaug. Guest berths are alongside or on pole moorings marked with a green sign, harbour dues are paid digitally via TallyWeb, and the harbour office is located in the old Lodshus by the entrance. In season, Aggersundbroen opens every hour and half-hour and can be called on VHF or by phone – remember to show your bridge flag. The marina offers good toilet and shower facilities, free Wi-Fi across the whole harbour area, marine diesel on the quay payable by card, and a new sailors' galley for guests to use. At the far end of the pier there's a small fjord garden, and there's a playground and restaurants right by the harbour. A short walk from the pontoons brings you to Løgstør's cosy high street, and at Limfjordsmuseet you can rent electric or regular bicycles for trips to Aggersundbroen, Aggersborg ring fortress, the beaches at Lendrup and Vitskøl Kloster. Berth at the guest pontoons and stroll the short distance into the high street and museum.
