About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026MYC Motorboot- und Yachtclub Weil am Rhein is located on the Rhine at river kilometre 173.1 RU, in the town of Weil am Rhein. The club runs a small marina with berths for boats up to 11 metres long and 3.5 metres wide.
As a visiting sailor, first moor outside the sheet pile wall (ignore the red buoys — there is enough water depth). Then report to the club host, who will assign you a guest berth. If your boat is longer or wider than 11 x 3.5 m, you can stay overnight outside the sheet pile wall, though it may get a bit choppy due to passing river traffic. It's advisable to contact the harbourmaster in advance to secure a berth. Drinking water may only be used to fill boat tanks, and waste and materials must be sorted into the containers provided. Open fires and barbecuing on the pontoons are prohibited.
The clubhouse offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, showers and toilets at the rear, lower level; a key is issued by the club hostess against a €100 deposit. The clubhouse also serves as a public restaurant (closed Mondays and Tuesdays).
Shopping facilities can be found in town, about 2.5 km upstream along the Rhine from the marina, and the town's cultural offerings can be found on the municipality's website. Moor at the sheet pile wall, check in with the club host, and enjoy a meal at the club's restaurant after a day on the water.
