Naissaare sadam is a small marina on the island of Naissaare (Lõunaküla/Storbyn), Viimsi municipality in Harju county, Estonia, located at 59°33'22.56"N 24°33'14.94"E. The port serves scheduled ferry traffic, state vessels, cargo ships and pleasure craft.

Note that the floating pontoon A is temporarily out of use due to dredging works and during this period is located at berth no. 1 on mooring lines.

The marina offers shore power (220V), drinking water, toilet, shower and a washing machine. There is a fuel berth for petrol and diesel as well as bike rental. Parking is also available at the harbour.

The port is located in Lõunaküla/Storbyn on Naissaare, an island in Harju county off Tallinn.
