About the harbour

Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026

Nakskov Havn is the old market town's commercial harbour, which also serves as a marina along the attractive harbour quay close to the town centre. The harbour is owned by Lolland Municipality and run as part of Lolland Havne, which also includes Rødbyhavn.

The passage into Nakskov Fjord past its many small islands is an experience in itself, and the channel leads you straight into the marina section in the middle of town. You can pay harbour fees with MobilePay, via the HARBA app, or by credit card at a payment terminal located at one of the small harbour buildings. Motorhomes are charged 190 DKK per day, and electricity use is billed at 25 DKK per day.

As a visiting sailor you have access to toilets and showers as well as free wifi, and there is shore power on the quay. Fuel is available in the harbour, and there is a restaurant/café, a kiosk, a playground and a barbecue area near the berths.

From here it is a short walk through the town's charming old lanes to Nakskov's centre with its shops and eateries. The harbour is also home to Denmark's oldest two-masted schooner, Johanne, built in 1895, and the Postbåden runs public trips around the island-studded Nakskov Fjord during summer. The town is a transport hub with buses and trains further into Lolland-Falster.
