Oddesund Lystbådehavn

Oddesund Lystbådehavn is located at the southern tip of Thyholm, right on the Limfjord, close to the Oddesund Bridge from 1938. It is a small, well-maintained harbor that has been continuously renovated over time and is managed with a permanent harbor master. Sailors arriving from the south are welcomed by the beautiful lighthouse on Grisetå Odde at the harbor entrance, and must pass under the bridge at fixed times, as the bridge opens twice an hour, at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour.

At the marina you'll find toilets, showers and a laundry room, along with a common area/harbor lounge with a refrigerator where you can relax after your sail. Shore power is also available at the berths. Close to the harbor there is a fuel station with diesel and petrol as well as a kiosk with a grill bar, making it easy to stock up on provisions and fuel during your stay.

The surroundings hold traces of the area's history: south of the Oddesund Bridge stands a lighthouse on Gristå Odde, and large WWII bunker installations can still be seen, bearing witness to the area's strategic importance in times of war and crisis. The bridge itself, from 1938, connects Thyholm with the mainland and is a striking landmark for the harbor.
