About the harbour

Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026

Skærbæk Marina is a guest harbour on the Little Belt close to Fredericia, situated next to the old fishing harbour and the Skærbæk power station. The marina is Safe Harbour certified and has over the years been expanded to offer a good number of berths for both permanent boat owners and visiting sailors.

As a guest sailor you pay from DKK 180 (€25) per night for a berth in the harbour. Electricity is included in the fee, so you won't need to worry about extra costs for shore power at the pontoon.

The marina offers free access to showers and toilets, and there is a slipway if you need to haul out your boat. There are also boatyard-type facilities on site, plus free wifi. If you need groceries, shops are within reach nearby, and the marina keeps a few bicycles that guests and tenants can borrow free of charge. Right by the quay you'll find a restaurant serving everything from Italian dishes and fish to café fare and grilled food, and there's a barbecue area if you prefer to cook your own meal.

It's a short walk or bike ride to the town of Fredericia, reachable by the free town bus into the centre, where cobbled streets, cafés and shops await. Nearby lies Skærbæk Strandpark, a Blue Flag beach that's ideal for a swim or a picnic after your sail.
