About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Bua Hamn is located in Bua on Sweden's Halland west coast, about 25 km north of Varberg. The harbour has its roots as a fishing village and today combines a fishing harbour, a marina and a guest harbour side by side.
Guest berths are paid for through the digital Tallyweb system, and check-out must be done by 12:00 noon. The price for an overnight stay including electricity is SEK 260.
The harbour's service building offers toilets, showers and a laundry room, and since 2023 showers and pump-out of holding tanks have been included in the guest harbour and camper-stop fee. At the fuel berth you can bunker petrol and diesel, and there is also a facility for pumping out holding tanks. An updated recycling station next to the service building accepts household waste, glass, metal, cardboard, plastic, newspapers and food waste. Down by the harbour you'll find the restaurant "Lollos".
A few minutes' walk brings you to Bua Center, with a grocery store (ICA), hairdresser, pizzeria, pharmacy and library. There is also a medical station with a dentist right next door, plus good bus connections including to Varberg. Tie up in Bua and enjoy the charming fishing-village atmosphere with shops and services just steps from the pontoon.
