About the harbour

Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026

Steggemeinschaft Fliegenberg is a small pontoon marina on the Elbe, at river kilometre 601.4, in a former emergency harbour for the inland shipping guild. The marina lies along one of the few designated water-skiing stretches of the Elbe and has 12 berths in total.

Boats may be up to 12 m long and 3.75 m wide, and water depth ranges between 1.5 and 4 m as the harbour lies in a tidal area. Marked free guest berths are available. The price is €0.50/m per night, €50 per month, or €300 for a season.

The marina is home to the restaurant "Von Deyn". There is no water or electricity connection at the berths.

The area is known for watersports and is part of the "Kurs Elbe. Hamburg bis Wittenberge" project. Nearby, the Ilmenau cycle route runs through the European FFH nature protection area, and the Elberadweg, a 1,200 km cycle route, follows the river.
