Vejle Lystbådehavn

Vejle Lystbådehavn is a newly built, state-of-the-art marina with room for around 650 boats up to 60 feet. The marina sits at the head of Vejle Fjord, at the eastern end of Vejle Nordhavn, with an approach through a winding and scenic fjord.

The main access pier is 6.5 metres wide, allowing boat owners to drive right out to their floating pontoon for loading and unloading. The floating pontoons are fitted with finger pontoons (Y-booms), and the harbour office is located on the ground floor of the club island.

The marina offers a restaurant, family shower rooms, toilets, water and shore power on the pontoons, washing machine and tumble dryer, an environmental station and a pump-out facility for wastewater. There is a slipway, a 30-tonne crane with centre lift, a chandlery and a boatyard, plus petrol and diesel for fuelling. Barbecue areas, a playground and free WiFi are also part of the facilities.

It's about 900 metres to a grocery store in a shopping centre, and about 2 km to Vejle's pedestrian street with the town's shops and sights. Nearby attractions include Legoland, Lalandia, Givskud Zoo and the Jelling Monuments. Tie up at the modern marina and walk the roughly 2 km into Vejle's pedestrian street for a stroll through town.
