About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Marina Heiligenhafen lies right in the town centre on the Schleswig-Holstein Baltic coast and is one of the larger marinas in the area, with around 1,000 berths spread over 15 pontoons.
Guest berths are charged by boat length: from €14.00 per day for boats up to 6.99 m, rising in steps to €36.00 for boats 15–15.99 m; weekly rates from €84.00 (excluding electricity). Electricity can be added for €3.00 per day, and for boats over 16 m an extra fee per additional metre applies. Note that berths within the sightline of the Heiligenhafen-Warder leading light may only be used by craft under 5 m in height – sailing yachts may not moor there. The harbour service at Steg 8 is open 07:00-11:00 and 15:00-19:00/20:00 depending on the season, while the harbour office at Steg 1 keeps its own year-round office hours, with an emergency phone number available during service hours.
The marina offers shore power at the berths, a fuel berth (bunker station), and a crane facility that can be booked for mast or boat lifting.
From your berth it's just a five-minute walk through the lively fishing harbour to the town centre, the kilometre-long Baltic beach, and the Graswarder nature reserve known for its famous beach villas. The new pier is reached directly via the marina promenade and has been a popular photo spot since it opened in 2012.
