Yachtwerft Klemens runs the 4-star Blue Star Marina in Großenbrode on the Bay of Lübeck, just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach and sheltered from all wind directions. The marina has 220 berths ranging from 10 to 16 metres, with a water depth of 5 metres.

The harbour office is open April-October (Mon-Fri 8:00-16:30, Fri also 17:00-19:00, Sat/Sun/holidays 10:00-12:00 and 17:00-19:00), and only card payments are accepted. From the marina you can sail directly into the Bay of Lübeck, Kiel or Mecklenburg - or on to Denmark.

Power and water are included at the berths, and there are two new charging stations for electric cars plus a new floating pontoon (pontoon E). The marina offers free wifi, a free pump-out station, a barbecue area, showers, and a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated, 5 EUR per cycle). There is a small chandlery selling boat supplies and gas bottles, a crane service up to 25 tonnes, and bicycle rental. Customer parking is free.

Großenbrode's promenade is right nearby, with restaurants, cafés, an adventure playground, houseboats and holiday apartments all within walking distance of the marina. Tie up at one of the 220 berths and stroll the short distance down to the Baltic Sea beach.
