About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Blans Harbour is one of the smallest harbours in the Smålandsfarvandet waters, beautifully situated in a small bay on North Lolland, surrounded by forest, with a fantastic view across the Smålandsfarvandet.
The entrance is marked with four green spar buoys close to berth depth. The harbour accepts payment through MobilePay or cash, and ships longer than 15 metres must pay a fee of DKK 13 per metre per 24 hours.
The harbour has both an old and a newly-built club house with a disabled toilet and sailor's lounge, as well as a slipway and a pontoon bridge for kayaks. There is also a toilet, shower, drinking water, wifi and a playground, and at the shelter camp there is a firepit, power plugs and nearby parking.
Just under a kilometre from the harbour lies the village of Blans, from where buses run to Kragenæs and Maribo, and you can shop in Bandholm or Stokkemarke, 7 km away. The area offers excellent fishing conditions, and every year the traditional garfish contest is held in Blans. A little further away lies Bandholm with a lovely seaside hotel and a ferry to Askø. Moor in the peaceful bay and enjoy the nature and the view across the Smålandsfarvandet.
