About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Esbjerg Marina is a newly built guest harbour on the harbour island in the newly developed area Esbjerg Strand, in the heart of the Wadden Sea National Park and close to Esbjerg city, with shops and attractions just a 15-minute walk away. The marina is newly built around the impressive maritime centre Lanternen, where clubs such as Esbjerg Søsport welcome visiting sailors.
Only green-marked berths may be used; another berth can be arranged with the harbour master. The price for one day is 155 DKK, while sailors with a free-port badge pay 25 DKK per day. Prices include water and electricity as well as environmental costs, and harbour dues must be paid no later than one hour after arrival. A code for the club, wifi, toilet, shower and laundry is obtained by contacting the harbour master. The harbour guard at Esbjerg Havn can be reached on VHF channel 12. A separate service pontoon can also be used for up to three hours for pilotage and refuelling.
Visiting sailors have free access to the club's facilities, including a well-equipped clubhouse with kitchen facilities and a cosy TV lounge, with free access to the club's computer and internet connection as well. Around the clubhouse there is a barbecue area and a terrace overlooking the harbour, plus a fish-cleaning station, and adjoining the clubhouse are two bathrooms as well as a washing machine and dryer. A shower costs 10 DKK, while wash/dry costs 20 DKK depending on the programme chosen.
