About the harbour

Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026

Guldborg Havn (Guldborgland Bådelaug) is a marina that lies like a gem at the entrance to Guldborg Sound, just south of the bridge from 1934 that connects Falster with Lolland and forms part of the "Bird Flight Line". The marina is sheltered and always provides protection against westerly and northwesterly winds, as it is surrounded by forest on both the Lolland and Falster sides.

There are usually vacant guest berths in the southern basin by pier 2, and under most conditions you can also moor on the outside facing Guldborg Sound at piers 2 and 3. Be aware that many boats have run aground trying to enter the southern basin, since the shoal begins just 20 metres south of the outermost pier - so approach perpendicular to land close to the pier's southern end, or use the northern basin instead. The opening times of the Guldborg Bridge can be found in the Danish Pilot Guide (Den danske Havnelods), and normally only the eastern bascule opens for pleasure craft. Harbour dues are paid either via the harbour's envelope system, which is always available, or at Café Lagunen in the morning and evening.

The harbour fee includes use of shower facilities as well as electricity, water and WiFi, and toilets are also available at the marina. With a passive membership you can additionally make free use of the slipway.
