Knarren brygge

Knarren Brygge is a guest harbour and service marina in Knarrlagsundet on Hitra, located between the islands of Fjellværøya and Ulvøya. The harbour has a large marina with guest berths and a service point, and is part of the Knarren Brygge restaurant and accommodation site.

Boats moor at three floating docks in the well-sheltered sound, where there is plenty of room and little build-up of wind. Berths are available both alongside and in box berths, and the harbour fee is paid on arrival inside the restaurant during Knarren's opening hours – the receipt must be kept visible in the boat. Note that advance booking of a berth is not possible.

At the docks you'll find free guest toilets with shower facilities at the restaurant entrance, along with fresh water and electricity. There is a fuel pump for petrol and diesel, and ashore there is a slipway, a crane/lift, a chandlery/boat dealer, a waste container, parking and a playground. Bike rental is also offered.

A JOKER grocery store right by the harbour is open daily from 05:00 to 24:00, and from the quay you can fish or walk the Ulvøystien trail around the whole of Ulvøya.
