About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Odense Motorbådsklub is a small marina located inside the Odense Canal, reached by passing under the bridge at Kanalvej to find the harbour on your starboard side after around 5 nautical miles through the canal. The harbour is classified as an A-harbour and offers a total of 86 berths, some of which are also available to visiting boaters.
The entrance to the motorboat harbour is 4.8 metres wide and 4 metres high at normal water level, so check your boat's air draft before arrival. The harbour takes part in the Frihavn scheme, under which guest boaters with the same membership pay only DKK 20 for environmental fee and electricity per night for the first three days, while guests without the scheme pay DKK 60 per night.
Electricity and drinking water are available at the pontoons. The harbour has a slipway, near which containers are also placed for iron, metal, batteries, paint tins, oil sludge and waste oil. During the summer season, waste stands for general rubbish are set up along the pontoons, and there is also a large container by the car park for boat waste. The clubhouse is spacious and bright with room for everyone, and as a guest you are welcome to use it – it also has toilets and a vending machine for water and beer.
Enjoy the always calm yet lively harbour, where you can have a friendly chat with both members and other visiting boaters.
