Sanremo Porto Vecchio

Portosole in Sanremo is one of the Mediterranean's largest and most prestigious marinas, set in the heart of the 'city of flowers' on the Italian Riviera. It is a regular base for numerous megayachts, both private and for luxury charter, and can accommodate boats up to 90 metres in length. Depths range from 2.5 to 7 metres.

Mooring assistance is available 24/7 on VHF channel 9, and the pontoons are patrolled at night. The marina holds the Blue Flag award for water quality and environmental management.

On the pontoons you'll find toilets and showers, water and electricity connections, and lighting. There is a fire-fighting service, car parking, and boatyards for haul-out. For a fee, grey water pump-out can be arranged through an external environmental company. Within the marina there is a laundry, a ship chandler/mechanical workshop, several restaurants, a pizzeria, and bars/lounge venues with cocktails and music. Bike rental is available at the marina office tower, and there is a green playground area for children.

Walk straight from the marina to Sanremo's fine sandy beach and its chic beach clubs, or follow the 24 km cycle path along the Riviera dei Fiori. The town's shopping streets, cafés and casino are within walking distance, and a spa hotel overlooking the sea sits in the centre.
