About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Tunø Harbour is a marina on the car-free island of Tunø in the Kattegat, part of Odder Municipality. The harbour adjoins the island's ferry port, and more than 10,000 guest sailors dock at Tunø Havn every year, where there is room for both large and small vessels.
The harbour can be entered with a draught of up to 3.0 metres (4.0 m in the channel), and sailors should watch out for the "Aalekærstenen" rock (1.8 m), located in the 4-metre curve west-southwest of the harbour. Prices per night are 174 kr for boats 0-10 metres, 228 kr for 10-13 metres, 361 kr for 13-17 metres and 602 kr for boats over 17 metres, and harbour dues are purchased at the ticket machine by the harbour office. A 50% discount on harbour dues applies in September and October.
Facilities include water and electricity on all piers, internet, barbecue areas, toilets and showers, with showers costing 3 kr per minute and electricity costing 2.50 kr per unit. The laundry is located at Tunø Ølykkecenter. There is also a slipway and bike rental, and the harbour has great bathing facilities, public toilets and a fun playground with an obstacle course. Petrol and diesel can be bought from the grocer, 650 metres from the harbour, within opening hours. At the harbour there is a smokehouse with a harbour bistro and bar.
