About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026WSKLuM is a yacht club marina in Nieuwpoort on the Belgian North Sea coast, close to the De Yzermonding nature reserve. The marina has about 400 berths for all types of boats and has been awarded 5 Gold Anchors by The Yacht Harbour Association.
Contact the harbourmaster on VHF channel 72. Entering the harbour channel, take the first turn to port, where you will immediately see the visitor pontoon A to port – the harbourmaster is happy to assist with mooring. The marina is accessible and open all year round: summer (15/6-15/9) every day 9am-6pm, winter (16/9-14/6) Monday-Saturday 9am-4.30pm.
All berths have wifi, water and electricity. There are fully equipped sanitary facilities with private showers, toilets, washing machines and dryers, plus ironing facilities. You can rent a bike at reception for 8 euros a day, and a boat crane can lift up to 25 tonnes for mast work or hauling out. The club restaurant De Vierboete, with a bar and large outdoor terrace, offers panoramic views over the marina, and in summer you can order breakfast delivered on board between 8 and 9am.
It's a 5-minute walk to the nearest tram stop, and a free ferry about 3 km from the marina takes you through a beautiful nature area to the other side of the canal. The town of Nieuwpoort and world-famous Bruges are within reach, with shops, supermarkets, bakers, butchers and a golf course nearby.
