About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Waddenhaven Terschelling is a commercial harbour on Terschelling, with facilities for both leisure and commercial vessels at the pontoons in the harbour area.
Electricity and fresh water are available at power cabinets and water points on the pontoons, activated via a walstroomapp. In the commercial harbour there is also the option to bunker fuel through Smit olieproducten on Terschelling.
The shower building is located on the werkhaventerrein, with hot-water showers (coin-operated in euros) and toilets; during opening hours you can change money for the showers at the harbour office. At the two ramps up to the pontoons and in the harbour's corner opposite the VVV office there are waste bins for household waste, operated with an Omrin environmental card obtainable from the harbour office; extra bins are placed near the harbour office during high season. Cardboard and glass are collected separately in containers at the end of Molenstraat. At the pontoons you can pump out grey water (shower and toilet water) from your tank using a pump operated with a Pompsepkey — the vessel must have a special connection, available from the harbour office. Unfortunately bilge water cannot be disposed of on Terschelling, and discharging grey water in the harbour is not permitted.
Moor at the pontoons of Waddenhaven Terschelling and make use of the power, water and waste facilities on site.
