Tejn

Tejn Harbour lies on the northern coast of Bornholm and is one of the island's larger harbours, offering a lively mix of commercial fishing and pleasure boating. The port has grown from a traditional fishing harbour into an active marina and is known as the host of the annual Trolling Master Bornholm competition, which draws thousands of boats and anglers each year.

You can enter Tejn Harbour day and night in most weather conditions, and visiting yachters are welcome in all basins. Hammerodde Lighthouse guides the approach, and compass deviation can occur in the area, so watch for the harbour's leading lights guiding you in between the skerries. The harbour is noted for being unusually calm to lie in, whatever the season or weather. Payment is typically made via a service machine, with the receipt providing a code for the shower and toilet, and the guest berth price includes electricity, water and shower.

Onboard needs are well covered, with toilets and showers, shore power at the berths, and laundry facilities. Tejn is also the only place on Bornholm with a petrol and diesel station right on the quay, alongside a large slipway, a boatyard and a chandlery, so most practical errands can be taken care of. There are barbecue spots by the harbour with views over the rocky coastline, as well as WiFi and a playground for children.
